This is a high energy 1 day class designed to heal and re-vitalize your Chakra System and Aura. We expand upon your knowledge already gained in Chakra 101 by adding the healing power of Drum Therapy.

 Absolutely NO musical experience necessary!

Come play for a day, RECEIVE YOUR OWN DRUM and also learn some amazing techniques, like how to:

• Cleanse your home, office, car, healing space, etc. of negative energies.
• Bless your home or any other space utilizing your drum and cosmic connection to raise the vibration and increase feelings of peace.
• Clear and strengthen your own auric field for better health.
• Give yourself a chakra drumming treatment to create balance and vitality.
• Give others a complete 60 minute drumming treatment to assist in releasing negativity and energy blocks.
• Create a sacred healing circle utilizing your drum, that connects you to the power of Universal Source Energy.
• Go on a guided drum journey that will introduce you and connect you to the healing spirit of your very own drum.
• Incorporate the power of “I AM” statements to re-pattern old thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back from creating all that you desire.
• Assist yourself and others in clearing away blocks that get in the way of connecting to spiritual guidance.
• Use drumming as a meditation tool.

Chakra Drumming is a modality for assisting one to create physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Cleansing and balancing your chakra anatomy will open doors to your inner guidance and it will strengthen your psychic ability, which is the secret to personal power and spiritual connection!

 Tuition - $188 and includes your own drum.

 Deposit-  $100 is due with pre-registration to reserve your seat and your drum.

 Class Times - 9:30am to 6:30pm. A one-hour lunch break is given. We have many nearby fast-food options and nice restaurants. We also have a natural health food store with a cafe a few blocks away.

Dress -  Casual and comfy. Please bring a water bottle.

Treatments – Lisa reserves 1 day prior to class and 1 day following class for students who would like to receive a private Chakra Balancing Drumming treatment from her. Directions – Healing Light Training Center is located at 1103 South Orem Blvd. in Orem. From I-15 take Exit 269 University Parkway. Drive East 1.5 miles to street light at 200 East. Turn left and drive 1 block to stop sign. Turn right and drive 1 block to street light on Orem Blvd. Turn left and drive 1 block to 1103 South. Turn right into driveway. We are the 1st building on your left. We are in the bottom level of Elements Salon. Come in their front door and go down stairs to Healing Light Training Center.

When life force energy is obstructed, you will feel sickly, tired, depressed, confused, fearful, and disconnected. Maintaining open chakras and allowing energy to flow without obstruction is the key to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

The sound waves coming from the beat of your drum can literally break up dense, stuck energy that is clogging your energy pathway. Drumming directly into each chakra can cleanse and energize your chakra anatomy. The health benefits are numerous because your chakras relate to all aspects of your life physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. (which you learned all about in Chakra 101)

Drumming is very natural and tribal in nature. This is why NO musical experience is necessary. Drum therapy is widely used and many studies have been done to prove its benefits. The following are ways that drum therapy is being utilized to:

• Help Alzheimer’s patients improve their short-term memory and increase social interaction.
• Help autistic children increase their attention spans.
• Relax tense, high stressed individuals.
• Energize when fatigue sets in.

The hand drum is so simple and yet so powerful. The beat of the drum can awaken our spirits and tap into our most primal and truest selves. It gives us permission to express, release, relax and heal!
