New Treatment Facility
Dear Clients and Students,
As of May 1, I have moved my Reiki treatment office to the Crystal Ray in Pleasant Grove–just 2 miles from my previous facility. The owners of the Crystal Ray are former Reiki students of mine who have blessed and infused this facility with the healing energy of Reiki. As I have been teaching my classes at the Crystal Ray, my current students have noticed this vibrant, healing energy as well and are delighted with the books, crystals, essential oils, etc. that are available in the retail section.In addition,it is powerful for me to center my energies and have my treatment room in the same location as my classroom.
Although I’m not affiliated with the store itself, I greatly appreciate it in my work, especially as the owners cater to the needs of myself, my students and my clientele by providing specific products that I have found most supportive for healing work. I’m grateful for the opportunity to provide Reiki in such a connected, healing space. Join me at the Crystal Ray and feel it for yourself!

Each month we will give you an introductory taste to one of your seven main vital energy centers known as Chakras. When energy is flowing freely through our chakras, we feel grounded, creative, powerful, loving, confident, intuitive and connected. This is the Center where the power of Love and Forgiveness reside. Also known as your Heart Chakra, it is located in the center of your chest and resonates with a sparkling, emerald green, and sometimes a beautiful, soft pink.
Your Heart Chakra is concerned with unconditional love in which you accept another for doing their best. Through this Chakra we learn compassion towards others, and we practice forgiveness. As a consequence we then begin to develop true self-acceptance. This Chakra is concerned with balancing the love of others and the love of ourselves.
Do you ever display codependent behaviors? Do you feel unworthy to receive love? Do you feel possessive, get over dramatic, wallow in self-pity? Are you closed off to your feelings and refuse to feel pain as well as pleasure? Are you stuck in unforgiveness? If so, your 4th Chakra may be out of balance. Here are some suggestions to assist you in reclaiming your power.
Practice daily appreciation. Be in gratitude for all that is. This will beautifully open your Heart Chakra and will also help balance giving with receiving. Use crystals with energy frequencies that support the 4th Chakra, such as Rose Quartz, Green Jade, Green Calcite, and Watermelon Tourmaline. Enjoy the abundant green of nature while you say the following affirmation:
Affirmation: Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself. My heart is open – I allow my love to flow freely. I love myself, I love others, and others love me.
