What To Expect?

7:00 to 7:30: We begin the evening by learning about one of the 7 main energy centers in your body also known as Chakras.

7:30 to 8:15: Star will take you on a soul healing Reiki drum journey to help you find blockages in the specific chakra of the evening.

8:15 to 9:00: Reiki infused Sound healing with Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, etc to cleanse and rejuvenate body-mind-soul!

 *Note: Every Wednesday can be considered a stand alone “mini chakra class” as well as a Reiki sound healing session. You do not need to attend sessions consecutively. Each Wednesday I will teach something different. Who likes to be bored??? Not me!!!

What to Bring?

1. Blanket, pillow, yoga mat if you want extra cushion.

4. Friends, Partners, Family
