What To Expect?
*6:45pm: Arrival and Get Comfy
*7:00pm We PROMPTLY begin the evening by learning about one of the 7 main energy centers in your body also known as Chakras.
*Star will then take you on a soul retrieval Reiki drum journey to help you find blockages in the specific chakra of the evening.
*After a 15 minute break to journal, you will lie down and receive a Reiki infused Sound healing with Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, etc to cleanse and rejuvenate body-mind-soul!
*Note* Every Wednesday can be considered a stand alone “mini chakra class” that includes a POWERFUL Reiki sound healing session. You do not need to attend sessions consecutively. Each Wednesday I will teach something different. Who likes to be bored??? Not me!!!
